Twitter, which is the most popular social networking sites has launched a new App called Vine tomorrow which will enabled you to upload videos on twitter. On twitter , there is a provision to do tweet of only 140 characters and also in this new Application from twitter there is a limit of just 6 seconds of video to be uploaded on a twitter.
This App aims at sharing just a memo type audio or a small video expressing some message. Right now this app is just available for iPhone and iPod Touch on iOS store but if you are not having any of these two devices then you don't have to take tension because Twitter is about to launch this App for other platforms also.
